The Country Style Pine Single Gate

A treated pine version of the first farm gate design we chose to reproduce – The Estate – this single gate features bold top and bottom rails and a diagonal cross brace for strength and simplicity. An economical classic, the Country Style garden gate combines timeless rural appeal with proven functionality for your entrance.

Handcrafted from paint-grade treated pine softwood, you’ll see natural variations such as colour differences, the occasional gum vein and surface checking – all hallmarks of genuine pine. Some timbers may also show staining or weather marks, but this will not affect strength, longevity or appearance once painted. Naturally resistant to termites, insects, rot and fungal attack, the timber provides practical durability along with classic good looks.

Available in three widths – 1.0m, 1.8m and 3.6m –this single timber gate suits pedestrian entrances, garden access or driveways. Built for flexibility, the reversible design suits either left-or right-handed installation with an inward or outward swing, and can be paired for wider entrances. Each gate comes pre-assembled using galvanised screws and waterproof grade glue, and its smooth, machined natural surface with rounded edges is ready to paint.

Handcrafted with the same care as every Authentic Gate, our treated softwood timber gates are backed by a 12-month warranty, validated once finished with at least two coats of light coloured exterior-grade paint before fitting.
