At 1785mm wide, this custom version of our ‘Classic’ gate design adds understated elegance and timeless appeal to your 1885mm entrance.
Six horizontal rails gently taper towards the bottom, capturing the traditional style and proportions of the original ‘black iron’ style gates. With clean, straight lines and an elegantly refined single cross brace, this design adds a minimalist touch to traditional wrought iron gate styling – perfect for larger pedestrian entrances or smaller driveways.
Hand-welded from premium Australian steel, this is a gate that’s built for decades of service, delivering superior strength, weather resistance and lasting performance, supported by a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty. It is naturally weather-resistant for 40+ years, and comes pre-finished in black zinc-rich epoxy undercoat, allowing a natural patina to develop over time. If preferred, it may be top-coated with enamel, just as the original historic gates were finished.
