Handcrafted from properly seasoned Australian hardwood, sourced from sustainable yield licensed forests, it offers exceptional durability and natural beauty. You may find colour variations, the occasional gum vein and surface checking – all of which are hallmarks of authentic Australian hardwood and indisputable evidence of genuine, quality timber.
Naturally weather-resistant for 40+ years, this gate arrives in its natural sawn timber finish, ready for oiling, staining or painting. Alternatively, it may be left to weather to a silvery-grey patina — either way, its comprehensive 10-year warranty stands.
Strap hinges, full height drop bolts and a bolt action latch come pre-fitted, with adjustable hinge gudgeons (pivots) supplied. With full diagonal bracing, heavy-duty galvanised hardware, and time-proven joinery, this is real Aussie craftsmanship built for real Aussie conditions.
